Through our network and partnerships we put your video in front of decision makers at some of the biggest news agencies, media organizations and advertisers in the world. We leverage our experience with viral videos and the knowledge of our client’s content requirements to generate interest and maximize the value of your video. When your video gets used we negotiate a licensing fee and you get paid.

No! There are and never will be any out-of-pocket costs for our services. Through a revenue share model we only make money via comission on the revenue we proactively generate and pay to you. This holds us accountable and keeps us incentivzed to maximize the revenue generated by your video because ultimately, we only get paid when you get paid!

Once you submit your video it gets packaged by our team into a newstory and then added to our library where professionals from news, entertainment and advertising search for viral videos. We also engage licensing professionals and agencies directly to market your video, as well as send out newsletters containing compelling video stories to our clients. When clients agree to use your video we negotiate a fee and you get paid. Keep in mind your video can get licensed by multiple clients, thereby multiplying the revenue you earn. Ultimately our goal is to get your video licensed by as many paying clients as possible.

We also protect the rights of your video by keeping track of its usage on the internet. By doing so we ensure the viralty of your video does not get diltued, and where possible we send notices for compensation to publishers for unauthorized usages.

We require exclusive rights to manage your video and provide our services, but this does not impact ownership of the video – you will always retain that!  We are simply asking for the exclusive right to promote, manage and monetize your video commercially.

Exclusive representation allows us to maintain a minimum price threshold for your video because multiple agencies representing the same video allows paying clients to drive the price down. Also exclusive representation ensures organizations recognize that a video they would like to publish is professionally managed and thereby legally commands a licensing fee. Absoluetly, you retain full ownership (and associated rights) of your video. You can keep the video up on social media, share it with friends and family personally. We are only asking for the right to promote, manage and monetize your video commerically.

This note ensures publishers are aware that your video is professionally managed and may not be used in any way without first purchasing a license. Organizations will see this note and understand that they must first negoatiate a fee to use the video. This tag also ensures illegal copying and redistribution is limited, thereby retaining the value of your video.

Our experienced team will acknowledge that we have received the request and are dealing with it. It is essential that you refrain from granting any permissions or replying to requests without consulting with us first. Directly allowing one publisher permission may permit all of their partners and subsidiaries to do the same. This can quickly result in your video being shared, royalty-free, throughout the world. Some paying publishers may also circumvent paying an industry standard licensing fees by contacting you directly.

This is a tough question to answer! It is extrememly difficult to predict how much revenue a video will generate because we cannot pre-determine licensing interest and fees. There are a lot of factors that determine how much an organization will pay; their content preferences, their territory, the duration of the license they are seeking and the medium (broadcast/online) they are intending to use the video on.

Our message to unsure video owners? It’s worth a shot! We are a dedicated team seeking the best opportunties to generate revenue for your video, for FREE. There are no out-of-pocket costs, getting started requires minimal effort from you and as a video owner you will always retain ownership.

Once we successfully agree a fee for your video we will send you a notification via email. Payments are made to video owners only after we receive them from clients – if you haven’t been paid, we haven’t been paid. While industry standard payment terms are 30 days this can fluctuate depending on the client. After a payment is received we will send you a sales report as well as a request for your payment details.
